Summer Competition
During the summer, CCA compete in the Athletics Victoria Shield competition (South East Region). Competitions are held at the Frankston, Glenhuntly and Knox tracks. We also compete in Victorian Championship competitions, Specialist meetings and All-comers competitions

Winter Competition Update
CCA runners and walkers have been setting the competition alight during the recent AV cross country, road and walks competitions. Our Open men’s team won their division at the Sandown Road Relays, which has given them an unbeatable lead in the premiership with two rounds remaining. In addition, our U16 Boys team picked up silver medals and out U14 Girls team finished just out of a place. Both Jess Cox and Elizabeth  Street are holding down top-10 individual rankings in the winter series.
 
A number of our athletes have also secured selection for the Australian Cross Country and Road Walking Championships in NSW at the end of the month. Congratulations to Charlotte and Siobhan Jagusch, Jessica Cox and Rebecca Guy on their selection in the Victorian. Looks like the more senior members of the club had better pull their socks up to keep up with these young tyros!
